We are very pleased that through the support of our convention hosts, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, we are able to offer video livestream the sessions throughout the day. NOTE that there will be a 2-hour break in the middle of the day for our lunch meeting. The livestream will continue during ghat time with a notice that we return at 2pm (eastern) to continue the afternoon sessions.

We have negotiated a special rate for hotel reservations (see below for details on how to reserve at our negotiated rate). The Holiday Inn Express is 3 miles from the meeting location.

Our special rate is $109/night (local rates are $151–204). It applies to two (2) nights, Sunday & Monday (April 7 & 8), and includes complimentary breakfast.

Unfortunately, the online link for the negotiated $109/night rate expired on March 31. You may still call them, however, to reserve a room in this hotel where many others will be staying at 866-238-4218.
